One of the values that I hold most dear, is the dignity and value of
all persons regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, religious
belief or economic background.  Because of this I feel it is important
to provide a safe place for ALL people to address the issues that
they struggle with.  As a therapist, I am very comfortable with
addressing issues specifically related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and
transgendered persons.  LGBT people face many unique issues
across family and community systems.  My belief is that sexual
orientation is innate and very much part of the whole person.  I feel
that to try to change or coerce a change of sexual orientation
through therapy is unethical and potentially harmful to individuals. My
goal as a therapist is to provide compassionate and understanding
care with people of every sexual orientation.
