| Services We Provide Individual Counseling helps you gain an understanding of yourself and identify the cause of your problems leading to positive change and better outcomes. Couples and/or Premarital Counseling can create an understanding that flows from learning to communicate in ways that promote a fulfilling lasting relationship. Child and Adolescent Counseling can help children and teens cope with the difficulties they experience growing up and help them learn how to handle life’s challenges. Family Counseling helps family members gain insight and understanding of their interactions with each other thus promoting more positive interaction patterns. Other Areas of Focus:

| Fees Appropriate professional fees will be charged for the counseling services. The current base fee per session is $85 for a 50 minute session. However, in situations where a person or family is uninsured, has limited income or other financial hardships, fees will be charged based on the family's ability to pay. The per session fee will be adjusted according to certain variables such as: the number of dependents, other financial obligations, amount of income, etc. For Episcopal Church members there will be three (3) sessions per year provided at no charge, and then an appropriate professional fee will be charged. Fee payment checks are payable to the therapist. Payment for services are expected at the end of each session. | Insurance and Third Party Payments We are happy to file for insurance or bill etc.). However, it is still the responsibility of the client to pay for services in the event that the insurance or other third party payer does not cover the counseling/therapy being given. If insurance or third party payments are to be used, this must be arranged prior services being started. We are currently part of the following provider networks:

| Cancellations and "No-shows" We ask that 24 hour notification be given for cancellation of appointments. We will gladly work with clients to reschedule appointments. "No Shows" for appointments will be charged the $85 session fee. |
